Terms & Conditions

1. In addition to this form which is agreed to before making payment, the client will be required to fill in and return a “The Muscle Doctor” (TMD) consultation form on the day of the session.

2. Each session will only last the duration of time that has been allocated. In order to provide the best service to all clients, we cannot commit to extending any particular session.

3. Rates for TMD services are subject to change. Services prepaid for by the client, which are unused at the time of any rate change, will be honored at the price already paid.

4. In order to provide the best possible service to all clients, we ask clients to be ready to begin their session at the scheduled time. Time lost at the beginning of a session due to a clients lateness cannot be made up at the end of the session as that could potentially impact the next scheduled appointment.

 

Cancellations and Bookings:

1. All cancellations must be made outside of 48 hours in order to avoid a cancellation fee.

 

• Cancellations made inside 48 hours of the initial appointment will result in the client being charged for the full pre-paid session. The option of an additional 50% re-arrangement fee is available for rescheduled sessions booked within 7 days of the initial session. This is due to the potential inability of that session being filled on short notice.

• Cancellations made inside 24 hours of the initial appointment will result in the client being charged for the full pre-paid session. No re-arrangement option is available. This is due to the potential inability of that session being filled on short notice.

             

Cancellations must be made by call or text to be deemed effective.

1. If TMD needs to cancel a scheduled session within those time periods, the client will receive a discounted rate or credit for such session.

2. All payments are to be paid in advance to the session taking place.

3. Payments paid via this website will incur and additional 2.5% booking fee.

4. Payments paid via bank transfer will not incur any charge.

5. Any sessions booked as a block be used at a rate of one per fortnight minimum. E.g. if you book a block of 3 sessions they must be used within 4 weeks of the first session. Any sessions not used within that timeframe will be lost.

6. Results of the treatment will vary by individual and TMD cannot 100% guarantee specific results.

7. TMD respects your privacy. All information collected is treated as STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL and TMD will not share or redistribute your information with any third party except as necessary as required by law. Any information gathered from a client is simply for our records.
